Note: For librarians who are interested, but might be deterred by the cost of this event, we do have some ways to raise money. Click on the link below.
A 3LS presentation consists of lively storytelling while teaching the science of prey and predator. The story is presented on Powerpoint and normally runs 25 to 40 minutes, depending on audience age. Story selection may be adjusted to any age level.
The presentation is concluded with a song and dance with the Shrimpettes.
EQUIPMENT
For assemblies, please provide one or two six-foot tables for book display. A P.A. system is essential for large rooms. Attachable mic or a mic stand is preferred—a boom mike stand, if available. Projection equipment must be Macbook Pro compatible.
If you are unable to provide any of the aforementioned equipment, please let us know.
VIDEO-TAPING
Video taping is permitted as long as the author is supplied with a copy.
SCHEDULE
Maximum of three presentations a day.
